Welcome to Mindful Seeds Therapy
At Mindful Seeds Therapy, I understand that the journey into parenthood, while joyous, can also present unexpected challenges.
As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Provider in Florida, I am dedicated to supporting moms, parents, and couples through these transitions.
My Mission
The mission of Mindful Seeds Therapy centers on fostering growth through love and compassion. Much like nurturing a garden, achieving mental health and personal development requires time, care, and patience. I am committed to providing a safe, secure, and judgment-free space where you can explore your emotions, understand your patterns, and cultivate empathy, self-love, and hope.
My Approach
I prioritize creating an environment where you feel heard, understood, and validated. By listening without judgment and honoring your trust, I aim to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll develop a personalized, integrative approach to therapy that focuses on realistic solutions, leverages your strengths, and enhances your overall quality of life.
Specialties
Supporting couples, parents, and mothers through the profound transitions of pregnancy and parenthood isn’t just my specialty—it’s my passion.
Pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting bring immense changes—physically, emotionally, and relationally. Even when everything goes according to plan, this journey can be overwhelming. While it’s often painted as a beautiful and exciting time, the reality is that it can also bring stress, uncertainty, guilt, fear, sadness, and even moments of darkness.
If you’re feeling lost, anxious, or struggling with the shifting dynamics in your family and relationships, you’re not alone. Together, we will explore your experiences, uncover the deeper roots of your emotions, and help you embrace your innate resilience and strength as you step into this new chapter of life.
Because being a mom is hard.
As a wife and mother of two, I know firsthand how deeply pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood shape your emotional well-being. The weight of expectations, the mental load, and the constant push to “get it right” can be exhausting.
My personal journey, combined with my professional training, has led me to this work—helping parents, couples, and mothers feel seen, supported, and empowered.
I also know how difficult it can be to admit when we’re struggling. So often, we tell ourselves that our distress is “just part of the job” or that others have it worse. But the truth is: seeking support is not a weakness—it’s an act of strength.
That’s why I’ve made it my mission to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can heal, grow, and redefine what thriving looks like for you. You don’t have to do this alone.
Therapy for moms can make a difference in your life. Maternal mental health is real and important. Together, we will craft new thought patterns to cope with emotions, valuable skills, and new ways to increase your support.
Whether you’re embarking on this journey due to issues around parenting; finances; infidelity; differences in life goals; extended family; household management and task distribution; or communication issues, I can help you straighten it out: together.
During pregnancy and postpartum, women face so many changes. Adjusting to life with a new baby can cause unexpected challenges, and problems with depression and anxiety.
My first priority is to ensure you feel heard, understood, and validated. In our sessions, you’ll find a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be open and vulnerable without fear of criticism. I deeply respect the trust you place in me, and I approach our work together with care and compassion.
I don’t follow a rigid agenda or checklist—every person, couple, and family is unique. I meet you exactly where you are, creating a therapy experience that aligns with your needs, at your own pace.
My approach is collaborative and integrative, meaning we’ll work together to develop a path forward that is realistic, effective, and personalized to you. I focus on highlighting your strengths, helping you gain clarity, and finding solutions that genuinely improve your overall well-being.
No two journeys are the same—your therapy should reflect that.
